How to change to Ecommerce mode

Enable or disable Ecommerce mode for a brand to switch reporting behavior.

  1. Open Brand Settings for the brand you want to change.
  2. Find the "Ecommerce mode" toggle and switch it on or off.
  3. Save settings. Reports will adapt to include or remove product-level views.

Note: switching modes won't delete historical data but may change which metrics are surfaced in templates and reports.
