How to downgrade your plan

Steps to move to a lower tier plan. Note: downgrading may affect limits and retention.

  1. Go to Account > Billing.
  2. Select the lower plan and click "Change plan" or "Downgrade".
  3. Confirm any warnings about reduced limits and complete the process.

If you're uncertain about impacts to your data, contact Support before downgrading.
