How to downgrade your plan
Steps to move to a lower tier plan. Note: downgrading may affect limits and retention.
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Select the lower plan and click "Change plan" or "Downgrade".
- Confirm any warnings about reduced limits and complete the process.
If you're uncertain about impacts to your data, contact Support before downgrading.
