🏷️ How to Add a Brand or Project

Adding a new brand or project helps you track visibility, mentions, and insights across all major AI models.

📍 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Sidebar

    • From anywhere in the app, look at the left sidebar.

    • Click ProjectsView All Projects.

  2. Add a New Brand

    • At the top of the Brands page, enter your Brand Name and Website URL.

    • Click Add Brand to create your new project.

  3. Manage Your Project

    • Once your brand appears in the list, click Manage next to it.

    • This opens your Project Manager page.

  4. Set Up Your Project

    • Inside the Project Manager, you can:

      • Add Keywords you want to track.

      • Add Topics your brand focuses on.

      • Add Personas or target audiences (optional).

  5. Start Tracking

    • Once setup is complete, you can start generating reports and viewing insights from the Overview or Brand Review pages.


Tip: You can manage multiple brands or projects under the same account—perfect for agencies or multi-brand teams.
